... I purchased this album for my little baby girl.
The pictures are cute and the colors of the animals are vibrant.
BUT the edges all around are really sharp. It is easy to get little cuts and that is not what you want for your child.
Also, to get a picture into the saftey pocket is not that easy.
They are really smartly done so the pictures can't fall out or little fingers pull the picture out. Unfortunately that also creates a very tight space and you have to bend you regular size picture to get it in and that leaves a picture that either doesn't fit well or looks bend.

... This teether is really cute, and my daughter loved to chew on it. HOWEVER, after she had it for about 15 minutes, I noticed a big piece of one of the pages in her mouth... WHO makes a "teething" book with paper pages that peel off? I noticed they were paper labels when I first got it and washed it before I let her chew on it. I was hoping it would stay intact; however, as any mom with a teething baby knows, teething toys get soggy and slobbery, and something with paper labels is OBVIOUSLY not going to stand up to being waterlogged! What a bad idea, and what a disappointment. Money just thrown away! ...

... I bought this baby book and starting filling in the info I knew (about mommy and daddy and family tree ect....) We don't even know the gender of our baby yet and the bindings are already coming apart. How is this baby book going to hold up to being looked at and cherished forever if it can't even hold up to being filled out!!?? ... My son is now 4 months old, we've had these books for about a month now. He really loves the "Hello Bee, Hello Me" book and he also enjoys the "Peek-A-Boo" book very much. We haven't had the chance to put any pictures in the "Who loves baby?" book which is basically just a small photo album. I'm not really a fan of the "Baby's Sense-ations Book" though, I think it smells weird.

I would recommend this product. Great price too! ...

... Glorified photo album! IT has a few pages for info but it is mostly clear pages for photos. You can't even write next to the pictures. If you don't have a lot of time and this isn't your first child than it is perfect. It covers the basics but doesn't have the detail most albums include. Great gift for family members. High price for small album! ...

... This is a great book! I would give it 5 stars but the pink text/type is pale and could be hard for some people to read. It provides pages for both parent's information; pregnancy information (first heartbeat, due date, food cravings, weight gain, etc); family tree information; the actual birth day; a page for each month during the first year of development; a page weight/height tracking; a page each for 1-5th birthdays; the first day of school; a page for mommy and a page for daddy to write a letter; and finally scrap pages for misc pictures or notes. Other than the very pale pink text/type, this book is exactly what I wanted to document my daughter's early life. ...

... My son has played with this book nonstop for 3 months...he is now 6 months old and still likes it. I do agree with another review regarding washing and wish it could just be thrown into the washer, but I have found that careful handwashing with Charlie's Soap works great. I have since purchased another one of these books that is suggested for 12 months+ and am looking forward to giving it to my son if/when he seems ready to move onto another book (he really likes this book so it may be a little while). ...

Now that I have the book, I can tell you it's very cute and I really I love it. The book uses a great font and is very girly inside. It turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. For my first daughter, I purchased Carter's Once Upon A Time baby book. I like the cover of that book better than this one but the style inside this book is hands down much prettier and more feminine. I would recommend this baby book to anyone as long as you like felt. If you're not a big fan of felt, don't get this book because the entire cover is felt. I think it makes it unique. ...

By the way, I do not understand M. A. Spyker's review -- this person seems to think that the product contains lead simply because it made in China and has bright colors. I would advise this person to CHECK THE LABEL. Most new children's products have a "CE" mark or other indication of lead testing. If not, CALL OR EMAIL THE MANUFACTURER. I have done so on several occasions when I am uncertain about a product's safety. If Ms. Spyker has any evidence supporting her claim that this product was made with lead paint, I hope that she will share it. Otherwise, I hope she will refrain from publishing alarmist commentary. ...

... I found this baby book on the Babies R Us site, but they did not have any available for an indefinite amount of time. I wanted to take the baby book with me to the hospital so we could have his handprints/footprints stamped in it, as well as have all of his "visitors" sign it, so I found it on Amazon. The price is very reasonable, and even with expedited shipping, I still only paid the normal sale price that I was prepared to pay at Babies R Us. The book itself has so many cute pages and covers all of the basics. It even has a page for hospital bracelets and lots of pages in the back for miscellaneous keepsakes. Also comes in a somewhat hardshell plastic box which has already protected ours as it has traveled to/from the hospital. I've heard that the "girl" version is just as cute! ...

... This is an adorable book but probably not worth the money. I like the look of it but my baby has yet to be mesmerized by either side of if (had from 3-5months of age). It's also very bulky and difficult to fold up or to bend into the accordion shape you want (unlike a board book version). I would suggest Tana Hoben's Black & White accordion book for kids under 6months - this has been a much bigger hit for us and folds up compactly and can be set up fairly straight out or bent into different shapes depending on the space you have. ...
